Imagine if you could hit up all of your favorite retailers in the morning and then sit down to a delicious lunch with friends—all in the same place. UR Lab’s Dining Experience, or DEX, elevates large shopping center dining with an expanded dining plaza that provides guests with an inviting space to eat, drink, relax and socialize.
Each dining plaza includes a collection of local restaurants and popular international eateries that are challenged to bring innovative designs to their spaces. In the center of each plaza, a dedicated events space called the Experience Theater welcomes celebrity chef ambassadors and offers cooking demonstrations, music and more throughout the year. In the same way that a square is the center of activity in any European city, we’re making the dining plaza the heart of a Unibail-Rodamco large shopping center.
