Personal shopping 2.0: UR Link partners with Neatyy

UR Link, the open innovation platform of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, has partnered with the startup Neatyy to offer customers of Parly 2 and Rosny 2 the opportunity to book personal shoppers from a wide range of fashion experts available, for all needs, budget and style

Neatyy, the marketplace to find personal shoppers for all styles and budget

The startup Neatyy, created in 2017 by Laura Petrement, offers a marketplace which matches fashion experts – professionals or amateurs – with men and women who want to enjoy a personalized, stress-free and exclusive shopping moment, whether for daily wear, a special occasion (wedding, cocktail, etc.) or for a total relooking session.

To become a personal shopper referenced on Neatyy, professionals need to be certified with a diploma of personal image and branding consulting, while amateurs are selected after a careful profile screening, ensuring the best quality standard of service. Each personal shopper sets his/her own price for a personal shopping session, which ranges between 12€ and 120€ per hour.

UR Link has identified Neatyy as the first platform revolutionizing the personal shopping experience, by providing each and everyone the opportunity to find the ideal fashion expert matching their needs and tastes, available upon a simple click. An efficient, simple and exclusive service, for all those in search for a relaxing shopping journey, with dedicated advice on latest trends, fashion items most adapted to their morphology, or essential pieces to add THE fashion touch that will exalt their outfit.

The partnership in Parly 2 and Rosny 2

To capitalize on the summer sales period, UR Link has integrated Neatyy in its acceleration program. The POC is a partnership including dedicated booking web platforms for visitors of Parly 2 and Rosny 2: over fifteen personal shoppers with all kinds of profiles, ages and backgrounds are now available for each shopping centre every day, providing customers with a large choice to find the ideal fashion expert with a perfect knowledge of the centres’ shops and offer.

With Neatyy, URW provides a brand new, 4-star personal shopping experience to enhance the customer journey: a new added-value service, combining flexibility, quality and personalization.

This trendy service matches perfectly the needs and expectations of our visitors, who want to be constantly surprised, and is in line with our 4-star quality standard policy. We are delighted to be today among the first centres in France to experiment Neatyy’s platform.

At the beginning of the summer, the two pilot projects have been launched in parallel in the shopping destinations Parly 2 and Rosny 2, in a record time: less than 3 months between first contact and the B2C launch. Launching it in two centres gives the opportunity to a/b test on different communication messages, and learn on the most efficient way to make the service known and attractive for visitors. This 4-month POC is also a unique opportunity for a startup such as Neatyy to gain access to its target consumers, get useful feedback and benefit from exceptional visibility thanks to a 360° communication plan both in situ and on digital and media channels of the shopping centres. In addition, Neatyy benefits from intensive project support from UR Link teams and free office accommodation in UR Link’s innovation centre, the Mixer, for the duration of the POC. If successful, the aim of the partnership is then to deploy the service in more shopping destinations of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as soon as next year.
