Amidst global pandemic, and faced with the unprecedented challenges of lockdown and self-distancing, we all have had to collectively adapt and organise around new needs. At Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, our primary focus has been to make life easier for our visitors and support our retailers through tailored, free services.
In France, visitors at Westfield Carré Sénart, Westfield Rosny 2, Westfield Parly 2, Westfield Vélizy 2, Westfield Les 4 Temps, Westfield Forum des Halles, Westfield Euralille, Alma and So Ouest will now benefit from innovative Drive-Thru and Walk-Thru solutions to pick-up their online purchases at a one-stop spot in their local shopping centre. A quick and easy way to shop in compliance with strict health and safety regulations.
The retail transformation has undoubtedly been accelerated by the COVID-19 outbreak. Immediately after the announcement of a second lockdown in France, our teams rallied to offer our visitors and tenants an alternative shopping solution that meets their needs while keeping them safe: the Drive-Thru and Walk-Thru. By facilitating purchase and withdrawal of order on-site, we aim at strengthening ties with our visitors, supporting our retailers, and showing them that we are here and that our priority is to design our services with and for them.Anne-Sophie Sancerre
