Launched in 2007, the Grand Prize for the Young Retail Entrepreneurs aims at putting the spotlights on innovative retail concepts, in major Unibail-Rodamco shopping centres. For its 11th edition, the Group took the decision to extend the application period until May 2nd.
The contest is a true breeding ground for new ideas and innovation, as it has been created to value the Group’s expertise and the opportunities it offers in terms of creativity. In mid-May, 16 startups will be preselected, before a public vote is organised, followed by the pitch of the 8 final applicants in June. Coaching and personalised mentoring will take place from July to September. Prizes will be attributed on September 21st, in attendance of the jury members, including Mercedes Erras (founder @ BETC), Olivier Saguez (President & Director @ Saguez & Partners) and Christophe Cuvillier (Chairman of the Board @ Unibail-Rodamco).
